SearchWave legal
Terms of Service
These terms provide a plain-language overview for SearchWave website, SEO, local SEO, marketing, audit, and consultation work. They are included for transparency and are not intended to replace a signed client agreement.
Services
SearchWave may provide website design, website redesign, local SEO, technical SEO, Google Business Profile recommendations, content planning, local landing pages, audits, outreach assets, and related marketing support. Specific deliverables, timing, and pricing should be confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
No guaranteed rankings
SearchWave works to improve website clarity, technical structure, local relevance, content quality, and conversion paths, but search rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue cannot be guaranteed because third-party search engines, competitors, and market conditions change.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, website access, domain access, brand materials, photos, service details, and payment according to the agreed scope.
Payments and scope
Fees, retainers, one-time project payments, monthly services, and late payment terms should be outlined in a signed proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. Work outside the original scope may require separate approval.
Content and assets
Clients should only provide content, images, logos, reviews, testimonials, and other materials they have the right to use. SearchWave may use public business information, client-provided materials, and approved third-party assets when building or improving marketing materials.
